The B-99.5 BeO ceramic substrate listed on this page provides a thermal conductivity of 285 W/m·K at 25°C, together with a dielectric constant of approximately 6.6 at 1 MHz and 6.8 at 10 GHz. The material can be supplied in standard or customized geometries and can be finished as as-fired, lapped or polished surfaces.

For applications requiring electrical connection, brazing or integration with metal components, BeO substrates can also be supplied with selected metallization and plating options, including Mo-Mn, Ni/Au, thin-film and thick-film systems.
